Dill has a mild aniseed flavour similar to fennel, but is slightly sweeter and more aromatic. It enhances fish, egg and vegetable dishes, salads, pickles and sauces.


DILL HINTS

Dill and eggs go very well together. Use chopped dill in scrambled eggs, omelettes and egg salads.
Add chopped dill to sauces for chicken or fish.
Add chopped dill to salad dressings.
Chop dill and add to yoghurt as a dressing for a cucumber salad.
Dill goes really well with salmon.
Dill is decorative and tasty in a tomato juice cocktail.
