Rosemary has a delightful fragrance and is a must in marinades, salad dressings, lamb and beef dishes. Goes well with roasted vegetables giving off a delightful mustardy aroma and flavour.


ROSEMARY HINTS

Put a few sprigs of rosemary in jar of honey or marmalade and infuse it in a dark place for 1-2 months, then use as normal.
Use a stiff rosemary sprig as a skewer for kebabs adding great flavour.
Chop rosemary leaves and rub onto meats for roasting. Lay a few sprigs on top and under the meat in the roasting pan.
Put a few sprigs of rosemary into the water for poaching eggs or fish.
Add some sprigs of rosemary to the BBQ grill when grilling meat.
Add sprigs of rosemary to cooking water for rice, pasta and potatoes.
A sprig of rosemary makes a great stirrer for tomato juice cocktails.
