Watercress is rich in vitamin C and has a peppery
mustard flavour. It’s great in salads and on sandwiches.
Looks and tastes great as a garnish.



WATERCRESS HINTS

Add to your favourite green salads. A good substitute for lettuce.
Mix it into a chilled rice salad.
Add to an egg, avocado and mayonnaise sandwich.
Chop and add to scrambled eggs.
Blend in a processor with chicken stock and milk to make a
great soup.
Add watercress to your stir-fry.
Sautee gently with garlic and add lemon juice.
