Refunds

These goods are all perishable.

We have a 5-day refund policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide a photo as to the condition the goods were received.

To start a refund, you can contact us at admin@naturalfare.co.nz.

If your refund is accepted, we’ll reverse the costs through shopify

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
